There was a time in my life when I was still functioning as a human being – working, eating, sleeping, socialising, but I was really struggling. I knew I had to seek support outside of my family and friends – I needed the help of a professional therapist. Through the therapeutic process, I was able to unravel unconscious beliefs and unsupportive patterns of behaviour and gain more freedom of choice in my life. Years later I took the long path myself to be a psychotherapist, attaining a Masters Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. Working in partnership with my therapy clients, I continue to learn and develop. I also work within the corporate world, so I have the experience of being a team member within small and large companies.

If life seems heavier, harder than you want it to be or you are feeling overwhelmed, unseen, unheard, I can support you move to an emotional space that feels freer. Since 2004, I have worked with clients of different ages, from a range of cultures, ethnic groups and backgrounds. Each client enters into the therapeutic process with the same wish – to move from the place they currently are, into a more expansive space of being.

I am a non-judgemental practitioner, who works relationally and will provide confidential, professional support. I view my relationships with the people I therapeutically support as shared endeavours, together we will discuss your individual challenges and explore where you are today, the areas you would like to focus on and discover what is blocking you so that you can step into the life you want to live.

The first step is an initial consultation, thereafter as we work together, regular 50-minute sessions will be arranged in consultation with you, usually at the same time each week.
